Ethic Channel/Canal Ético

In compliance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, the MTS-OTS-AXIS DATA Group has implemented an internal Ethical Channel system.
This system fulfills the purpose of the aforementioned Law by allowing individuals to confidentially report any of the actions or omissions referred to in Article 2 of the Law, mainly breaches of EU law and serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses.
In the following link you can access relevant information about the Ethics Channel, the person responsible for the system, the rights of the informant and the data protection policy. Likewise, you can consult the procedure established for the management of the communications received in this link.
For the submission of this information, the System has an internal channel that allows written communication through a computer application that meets the criteria of confidentiality of information and data protection which can be accessed through this link.
The Law establishes the creation of an external information channel and the appointment of an Independent Authority for the Protection of the Informant.
Any natural person may report to this Authority, or to the corresponding regional authorities or bodies, the commission of any actions or omissions included in the scope of application of this law, either directly or after communication through the corresponding Ethical Channel.

En cumplimiento de lo establecido en la Ley 2/2023, de 20 de febrero, reguladora de la protección de las personas que informen sobre infracciones normativas y de lucha contra la corrupción, el Grupo MTS-OTS-AXIS DATA Group ha implantado un sistema interno de Canal Ético.
Este sistema cumple con la finalidad de la citada Ley permitiendo que las personas físicas puedan informar de forma confidencial sobre alguna de las acciones u omisiones a las que se refiere su artículo 2, fundamentalmente infracciones del Derecho de la UE e infracciones penales o administrativas graves o muy graves.
En el siguiente enlace podrá acceder a información relevante sobre el Canal Ético, el responsable del sistema, los derechos del informante y la política de protección de datos. Así mismo, puede consultar el procedimiento establecido para la gestión de las comunicaciones recibidas en este enlace.
Para la presentación de estas informaciones, el Sistema dispone de un canal interno que permite la comunicación escrita por medio de una aplicación informática que cumple con los criterios de confidencialidad de la información y la protección de datos a la que se puede acceder a través de este enlace.
La Ley establece la creación de un canal externo de información y el nombramiento de una Autoridad Independiente de Protección del Informante.
Toda persona física podrá informar ante dicha Autoridad, o ante las autoridades u órganos autonómicos correspondientes, de la comisión de cualesquiera acciones u omisiones incluidas en el ámbito de aplicación de esta ley, ya sea directamente o previa comunicación a través del correspondiente Canal Ético.
